I recently had some tires mounted on my 2005 fxdc super glide. I also needed the speedo fixed. The mechanic tested the system and found that it wasn't the sensor, but the speedo head. He and I talked about it and decided to order a new head, about 350 bucks! When the head came in, Jerry called me and got me in the very next day! I was impressed! Then, when the mechanic, Frank, I think, hooked up the new head, it still didn't work! So, he tested the wire harness again, and found a corroded pin. He replaced that and tested the OLD head. It now worked! Jerry asked if I wanted to use the old one or install the new. I chose to use the old one, as, I am on a fixed income. Jerry had no problem with that, and, when I went to pay for that days work, he said my balance was $0.00! Once again, I was impressed! Thank you, all of you, at Glacier HarleyDavidson, Kalispell,Mt. Great bunch of people and a great shop! I will be back!

Went to Glacier HD to get my 2006 FLHRCI's front end serviced & tranny oil leak fixed. When I picked up the bike, I had a wild thought. Went back into the dealership and sat down and talked with their Sales Manager Will. Explained to him that I was 71 years old and the last thing I needed was a new motorcycle. Now make me a deal I can't refuse ! Will is a no BS type manager, he crunched some numbers and put the figure to me. I now own a 2019 Road King FLHR, and couldn't be happier with the deal I got. The MOCO's Lifetime Warranty, at no cost to me, on Parts & Labor for the Drive Train, for as long as I own the bike, helped a lot in my decision. They must have real confidence in that new Milwaukee Eight.

When I have needed it, they even "mailed" my parts to me.

The folks at Glacier Harley accommodated me at short notice to replace a rear tire on my Harley, when travelling down through MT. The service over the phone and in the store was excellent, communication regarding price and time accurate (which allowed my wife and I to enjoy a full day at the Flathead Lake!). While in the store we looked at a great array of accessories and clothing but at no time felt pressured. If I needed service or parts I'd put this store at the top of my list despite being 4 hours from home.Thanks,

The people down at Glacier Harley are amazing, I have only been in a few times and they treat me like they have known me forever. I am new to the Harley family and just learning to ride. I bought a used bike, brought it in to them to have them go through it. I wanted to know it was in a safe condition. They went all through it and made their recommendations, I had them take care of the several problems it had and now I feel I have a safe bike to get started on. I recently took my Soft Tail Slim in for service and some other small challenges. Blaine and Jerry addressed them with vigor and were happy to figure out the best resolution for my problems I was having. I live in Calgary and on every trip the first night is always Kalispel for all bike trips south of the border. We do do this for a few reasons. We like Kalispel and the dealership is well stocked and very helpful for the "shakedown leg" of a longer journey. This year we needed to replace a tour pack rack with a luggage rack and send the tour pack home. No problem. Done. Need tools? Sure what do you need? Done. Last year I needed a voltage regulator which was sourced 2 dealers down the road. Booked appointment and they were ready for me. I needed to buy a battery and charger to get me there and the advice on how to make it work. All good. Class act, very helpful from service manager to parts guy to clothing girls. Awesome place. Good vibe. Always a great stop whether we need help, a coffee or a friendly "Hello". Well done. See you next year, hopefully just for coffee and a smile! Cheers GT

Thanks so much to you guys for your excellent service last weekend. My drive belt snapped in the middle of Kalispell on the middle of a big trip. Frank showed up with a trailer in a few minutes in a late Saturday afternoon, hauled me in and had me back on the road around noon on Sunday. The service was outstanding, Frank was great and went above and beyond, taking me to the hotel and waiting while I got a room and dropped off the baggage, then bringing me back after we dropped the bike and got it written up.
